Document IMPORT

The IMPORT statement has been added to the language thanks to the work of @fireasembler and @dgarroDC. It has yet to be documented on the docs.
I will now take care of removing all mentions to previous importing process (as it has been deprecated). If nobody documents it soon enough, I'll try to do it myself.
